Registration is free, easy, and only takes a few minutes.

New User Registration Information

To create a new Sports Directory listing you need to Register as a User first. The User Registration process requires that we confirm the email address you supply, when you complete the registration form, you will be sent an email with a confirm registration link.  You will need to follow that link to confirm your registration before you can Log-In.

General Listing Guidelines 

• Please enter as much detail as possible when adding your listing. Include any relevant information such as club times, costs and participant level. We ask that you give the full address (including postcode) of your venue, as this will allow us to provide a map for your listing.
• If you have more than one venue you can enter a separate club listing for each venue if you wish. This will allow potential members to view a map for each venue.
  
• If a suitable category cannot be found for your listing, please follow the instructions below to add a new category.
• If your club is already listed, please follow the instructions below to "Claim" your listing.
• Please keep your listing as up to date as possible.

Accessing the Directory Menu 

Once your registration is complete, you can then Logon to the site to access the "Directory Menu" (left hand side), from here you will find the following menu options:

• Browse
• Add Category
• My Listings
  
• New Listings
• Featured Listings
• Popular Listings
• Most Rated
• Top Rated
• Most Reviewed

Creating a New Listing

Creating a listing for the "Sports Directory" can be completed in a few easy steps:

• Logon.
• Select "Sports Directory" from the "Top Bar Main Menu".
  
• Select a suitable category to display your listing.
  
• Select the appropriate region.
• Select "Add your listing here".
• Complete the listing form.
• Select the "Submit" button.
  

At this stage your "New Listing" will be placed in a pending file and can not be seen by the public until such time as it is activated and or approved by the Directory Administrators.

Creating a New Category

Creating a New Category for the "Sports Directory" can be completed in a few easy steps:

• Logon.
• Select "Sports Directory" from the "Top Bar Main Menu".
  
• Select "Add Category" from the "Directory Menu" on the left hand side.
  
• Complete the Add Category form.
• Select the "Add Category" button.

At this stage your "New Category" will be placed in a pending file and can not be seen by the public until such time as it is activated and or approved by the Directory Administrators. 

Claiming Your Club

 If your club is already listed in the "Sports Directory", you can "Claim" your club in a few easy steps:

• Logon.
• Select "Sports Directory" from the "Top Bar Main Menu".
  
• Select your club from within the appropriate category.
• Select "Claim" from the options displayed beneath your club listing.
• Enter your Name, Position and Contact Details in the message box.
  
• Select the "Claim Listing" button. 

At this stage your "Claim" will be placed in a pending file until approved by the Directory Administrators. Once your "Claim" is approved you can then logon to edit, update or remove your listing.

Editing Your Listing

• Logon.
• Select "Sports Directory" from the "Top Bar Main Menu".
  
• Select "My Listings" from the "Directory Menu" on the left hand side of the screen.
• Select the Edit Icon (a sheet of paper with a pencil over it) displayed next to the title of your club.
• Use the text editor to update your details.
• Then select the "Submit" button.

Note: If you change your venue address please inform our admin team so we can then alter your map to represent your new venue.
